In How we Fall we meet childhood best friends Cole and Melanie who first met when they were 10 and quickly became the best of friends. Mel was in love with Cole from the minute she laid eyes on him but knew that he never felt the same and she broken heartedly watched him date plenty of girls including one of their 'best friends' causing them to slowly drift until graduation when Cole disappeared never to return home. After a tragic death brings all the friends back to their home town, Mel is once again looking into the gorgeous eyes of Cole and remembering all the reasons she has never truly moved on from her first and only love.
Yet again this was a great story from Melissa, not my fave but I really enjoyed reading Cole and Mel's story. I found the plot a little slow in the middle but then it picked up in pace towards the end and I couldn't put it down until I finished, I needed to know if anyone got the happy endings they finally deserved. If you fancy a romance story that will have you falling for another book boyfriend then I defo recommend picking this up or any of Melissa's books for that matter and see for yourself how great these reads are!
