Lilah Vincent is a Wild One, and the female Wild Ones are the ones you really need to watch out for. Not afraid to go toe to toe with anyone, the hot to crazy factor is high in Tomahawk. Lilah lives by the motto: don't get mad get even and with 2 brothers that motto is often put to the test. With one of her revenge plans putting an end to the beard challenge, she's starting to see her best friend Benson in a whole new light. But this is Tomahawk where even normally has a crazy twist.  This book was the perfect palette cleanse for your reading, was hilarious writing and is a prime example of what I have come to expect from reading a CM Owens novel. The only tagline I can think of to prepare readers of the book, is prepare for the crazy.

WOW WOW WOW!!! This is the third book in this series and the conclusion to the massive cliffhanger we were left with in book two. A new author to add to my TBR that's what I had when I finished Scored by Marquette Valentine. This romance between a sexy librarian and hot football player was 5 stars. Telling the story of Page Owen and Patrick 'Dallas' Drake this was a book that didn't just make me fan myself whilst reading the steamy scenes butt had me wiping tears from my eyes reading Dallas's interaction with his brother and the real reason he's changing his party boy ways.

With funky friendships and family ties this book was a hard book to put down. I just wanted to carry on reading about Dallas and Paige, and their friends and families. I learnt new words like 'Snoogled' this is a word that the reader definitely  needs to add to their dictionary when we obsessively 'stalk' our favourite authors.

I’m at the steakhouse fifteen minutes early, which is on time in Chase Kelly’s book.  I’ve never been late for work or a date a single time in my life; in fact, I’ve always been early, which is a point of pride for me.  And Livia walks in at seven on the dot, something that endears me to her immensely, although the moment I register that I, Officer Kelly, am charmed, my mind goes blank.

There is nothing but her.
She walks in on heels that make her legs a mile long, her long hair down in a tumult of soft waves.  The maître d' helps her take off her checkered wool coat, and then I.
Am.
Speechless.
My heart hammers up in my throat as the blood pools deep in my groin.  She’s wearing a bright red dress—so fucking short that I’d be able to finger her easily if we were in a booth, which we tragically aren’t.  The red sets off the warm undertones of her bronze skin, highlights the deep brown of her eyes.  The lines of it hug the delectable curves of her tits, which are just small enough that she can get away without wearing a bra.

“I forget how big you are,” she murmurs, her head tilted up to look into my face.
I give her my biggest grin and open my mouth, but she cuts me off before I can say it, shaking her head.  “I know, I know.  I walked right into that one.”
But the ghost of a smile flits across her lips as I help her into her seat and push in her chair.
When I sit across from her and we start looking at our menus, I notice the smile has vanished and the nervous look is back, along with a determined set to her shoulders.  The combination of uneasiness and backbone intrigues and worries me at the same time.

Harmonys mother has done a runner with £100k of the local MC's cash and they are out for blood. As harmony has no idea where her mother could be, the MC take matters into heir own hands and decide that harmony can work off her mothers debt to them at the club as their slave. Harmony is more than willing to agree as a self-proclaimed lover of sex and the guys in the club are her ultimate fantasy. 

This was an author that was new to me and the book appears to be a first in a series. It was a quick read and I did keep the pages turning. I'll be honest though I struggled a little with the content of this book. I normally love a good MC but this was slightly too much for me during the group scenes. Harmony had some very dark fantasies which were carried out in these scenes but were a bit violent for my personal taste. If you are into dark though definitely give this quickie a go.

A thud echoes throughout the quiet space. “Fuck!” There’s some more grumbling I can’t make out and then, “Where the hell is it? Stupid, Ava, so stupid. Why did you ever think you could do this?”
I should let her know I’m here.
“Hello? Yes. This is Ava Pearson from Mad Batter.” Another pause. “My power just went out. Yeah. I don’t know where the fuse box is.” The flashlight moves and shines right past me.
You’re being a dick. Let her know you’re here and help her, my inner self keeps repeating.
I click the green button on my phone again.
“Ugh. Hold on a second.” The lighted phone pulls away from her face, she presses ignore. “Ugh, asshole.” Then places it back to her cheek. “Sorry, where would I find the fuse box?”
“My guess is back in the storage room,” I say.
She jumps so far back, she trips over something and falls, her phone sliding across the floor.
I bend down and pick it up.
“Ma’am? Ma’am?” Frank’s never sounded so scared.
“Hey, Frank. It’s Dane. No, I got it, no need for the fire department to come down. Yeah, I saw from across the street. We’ll call back if we need you guys. Yeah, see you on Trivia night.”
I click the red button and turn on the flashlight on her phone.
She’s getting to her feet, brushing off her ass after tripping on a bag of flour.
“Here.” I hold my hand out for her, but she refuses to take it.
“I’m fine. Knocking would be the polite thing to do.” She blocks the light from the flashlight with her arm and I lower it a little.
“Well, I’m an asshole so you shouldn’t expect much.” I shrug, taking her phone with me into the storage room.
“You don’t have to help me. I’m sure the fire department would be willing,” she rambles as she follows me.
“They should be available for actual fires.”
“I imagine fires are like crimes in this town—almost nonexistent.”
I turn around, flashing the light toward my face so she can see me. “You’d be wrong then. Forest fires.” I tap my head and all I hear is her huff.“You think you’re so smart.”
She’s embarrassed, I get it, so I don’t rub in the fact I am fucking smart.
“Would you rather me not know how to fix your breaker?”
She hems and haws for a second. “I don’t understand. I was in the middle of making a huge batch of frosting and then total darkness.”
“Was that your way of asking me for help?” I open the box, purposely not touching any of the breakers.
“I didn’t know I had to ask since you took it upon yourself to sneak into my shop, scare the crap out of me and then walk to the storage room.”
“And I haven’t even told you to keep your doors locked when you’re closed yet. But most people say please and thank you when they need a favor.” I give her a wide, condescending smile just to piss her off a little more.
“I’m not most people.”
I nod. “Agreed, but I have to believe that Vic taught you manners.”
“Seriously, you have my hands tied and you’re going to play this game?”
I step closer to her, the firmness of her breasts now pushing against my chest. Damn, she feels good and I don’t even have a hand on her.
“I can tie you up and play games if you like.” I raise a brow.
“Ugh. No. I’m not interested in your games.”
She says no with those plump lips of hers, but it doesn’t escape me that she’s still pressed up against me.
“I thought we played pretty nice together. No?”
All I’m able to hear in the darkness is her unsteady breathing—in and out as though it’s a struggle.
“I really need to finish this cake so that I can maybe get three hours sleep tonight.” Her voice is so low and tense. She’s stressed and I’m only adding to that state.
“Say please and it’s yours.”
“Please, Dane.” She even includes my name and by some small miracle, she didn’t even use a sarcastic tone.
I click the button and the lights flicker on. Her eyes widen and a genuine smile tugs at her mouth like I just pulled her up on my horse and rode us away from the monsters.
That smile could be addicting.
If you were a different type of guy.

Dirty Talker picks up where real deal left off, however in this story from the single dads club we meet Dane in more detail and follow his relationship or lack of one with Ava whom we also met in the first book.

I'll be honest when we met Dane in real deal I wasn't a fan at all his attitude was far too playboy and I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy his story but at the same time hoped we would meet a different side to him. And boy am I impressed. I have to say I've fallen in love with yet another single dad. Dane when you get to know him is totally different from the guy he tries to portray and I loved watching his and Ava's relationship grow and seeing if he really could become boyfriend material. But I'm saying no more you need to read this and find out for yourself if they get their happy ending. Now I'm even more excited to read Garrett's story in July.
