For Vivi struggling to cope with a mountain of debt and recovering from the loss of her mother a blast from the past is the last thing she needs. Prescott Beckham wasn't one of the bullies that made her life hell in school but he brings the memories of the torment crashing back, along with the girlish crush she had all those years ago. A stronger and more confident Vivi she's no longer the walk over she was in school she won't let her crush get away with taking advantage of her anymore or will she? Prescott Beckham has it all money, success and more women than a man can handle, all it takes is a smile and a Hi and they throwing themselves at his feet, that is until Vivi.   Little does Vivi realise that saying No is exactly what Prescott needs to hear. With his life not quite as picture perfect as it may seem Vivi and the distraction of the chase are  just what these mogul needs to get him back in the game.

For those readers who have read A.M Hargrove's A Special Place you see some familiar characters when reading Chasing Vivi however this book is stand alone. The way it has been written is these familiar characters are 'additional' to the story if it wasn't for the unusual name of 'Spesh' I would have never have realised that the books were linked. Chasing Vivi has an angst ridden plot what with both Vivi and Prescott's history effecting their interactions with each other and the cast of the book at large. Overall this latest A.M. Hargrove books gets a 5 star rating, I just couldn't put the book down I needed to know more about the pair.
