OMG I love this story so hard! My first book by Louise Bay but so not my last the duke of Manhattan was an epic read. Beginning with a hot ONS between strangers that quickly escalates when the pair realise they have more in common than they think. Get an ice cold drink a desk fan and maybe read in the chiller aisle at your local supermarket this book is a hot read, guaranteed to raise your temperature. Struggling to cope with his grandfathers mortality and shocked to find that his company is tied to his grandfathers estate Ryder is drowning his sorrows at a bar when the hot red head with the banging body starts to flirt with him.
Needing a release from the tension caused in her work life, and her battery BOB not cutting it any more Scarlett meets her sister for drinks. Taking matters into her own hands she flirts with the hot English guy at the bar, a few drinks and a ONS later and she's back in work only to find her ONS is the person trying to buy her company. (Queue the deh deh dehhhhh here) with the sparks flying between Scarlet and Ryder you kind of get the idea of where this is going. All I can say is 5 stars, hot characters a steamy plot and no cringeworthy fake britiscisms shoehorned into the plot for ethnicity.
